All channels
Public channels are open to everyone, so the next person with the same question finds your answer. In public channels (the free training, PropGold and the other product channels) we give only very general information. Private channels are only between you and us, and that is where we give more detailed knowledge and information than in public.
How the chat works
- Pick a channel by topic, or write your question in the box above and the chat picks the channel for you.
- Public channels are shared. Everyone can read the answers, so use a nickname and never your account details. We give only very general information there.
- Private channels (licence and payment, custom EA) are only between you and FX4You, and we give more detailed knowledge and information there than in the public channels. They stay tied to this browser.
- Replies are written by people at FX4You, not by a bot. There is no third-party chat service: everything stays on this website.
- No links, no advertising, no insults. Spam and abuse are removed and the sender is blocked.
